How can we compete?

How can we compete?

I read an article this morning about a store in England and Europe that has a few locations here in the states with more to come. They sell clothing, popular staples like jeans, T's, work out clothing and so on for as little as $3 each, some even less! The brand names listed are well known...knock offs perhaps?
